A leading global investment management firm in the UK is looking for an experienced candidate to engage in due diligence and business analysis. The role requires strong quantitative skills, knowledge in financial modelling, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, along with 4-5 years of experience in investment banking or principal investing. Opportunities for a hybrid work environment exist.

Associates work as part of small deal teams in a wide range of high‑profile transactions across the capital structure ranging from secured debt to minority common equity. The role is highly analytical with emphasis on fundamental valuation, financial modelling, analysis of financial accounts, and legal documentation. The work is deal‑focused and dynamic, and will bring you in contact with a wide range of businesses, industries, geographies, investment structures and products as well as advisors and management teams.
