The Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Specialist role is a key position within our client fulfillment team, responsible for powering the execution of outbound marketing campaigns through the use of tools like Clay, LinkedIn, Apollo, EmailBison, and HeyReach. As a GTM Specialist, your role is to build and manage high‑quality lead lists, enrich data, write outreach scripts, and launch targeted outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads for our clients. You’ll be the technical operator behind the scenes—owning the setup and execution of campaigns, ensuring clean and accurate data, and collaborating closely with Account Managers to deliver results. This is a highly strategic and hands‑on role for someone who understands outbound marketing, is obsessed with cold email lead generation, and wants to directly impact client revenue. You will be trained on our proven frameworks, but we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of results, adapt quickly, and help scale our outbound engine.
