Job summary

Intertek in Melbourn, Cambridgeshire, is recruiting a Stability Coordinator to support pharmaceutical stability studies in a GMP laboratory. You will coordinate sample storage, records and equipment to ensure compliance and timeliness.

The role requires a quality-focused, organised individual with good communication and IT skills. Training and progression opportunities exist within our global network.

Qualifications

• Strong quality mindset with the ability to work accurately in accordance with established procedures
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working within a GMP or regulated pharmaceutical environment (desirable)
• Experience of controlled climate rooms, cabinets or pharmaceutical stability operations (beneficial)
• Qualifications in a scientific discipline and/or quality control, or relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pharmaceutical stability activities in compliance with current GMP and regulatory requirements
• Day-to-day operation of stability storage areas and specialist stability equipment
• Perform routine and ad-hoc sample storage, retrieval and removal activities
• Maintain accurate hard-copy and electronic records for all stability studies
• Organise and dispatch samples to internal and external customers
• Support preventative maintenance activities and equipment qualification
• Plan and organise workload effectively to meet agreed timelines
• Communicate clearly within the stability and wider laboratory teams
• Demonstrate a proactive, detail-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Work priorities agreed with the Stability Team Leader, with increasing autonomy as experience develops
