Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technical Administrative Team with coaching and performance management.
• Ensure timely, right‑first‑time GMP documentation delivery aligned with manufacturing timelines.
• Coordinate document creation, engage stakeholders, resolve issues and manage changes.
• Provide technical guidance on document content, style, standards, and GMP best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and documentation initiatives across the site.
• Lead root cause investigations for documentation/process issues with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure training and compliance to maintain team capability for evolving needs.
