Job summary

Advanced Medical Solutions (AMS) is a world-leading independent developer and manufacturer of innovative tissue-healing technology. The company produces surgical products and wound care dressings across multiple brands and markets, with R&D hubs in several countries and over 1,500 employees.

AMS is seeking a Manufacturing role to support the Production Supervisor in safety, quality, cost, delivery and people metrics, reporting to the Production Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with cleanroom/medical device exposure.
• Understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Ability to read and follow standard procedures.
• Ability to work well within a team and be flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and quality standards and report observations to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with ISO13485 and GMP throughout production.
• Follow customer specifications and quality documents.
• Keep batch documentation complete and accurate according to GDP.
• Work toward on-time in full (OTIF) delivery and improve OEE where possible.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and develop skills for flexibility within the team.
