Thermo Fisher Scientific in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects across engineering and facilities, driving efficiency and the evaluation of new technologies. You will partner with the CAPEX team, project sponsors and the Senior Leadership Team to develop business cases, plans and CERs, and to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering/related degree or equivalent qualification.
• Prince2 Agile or equivalent PM certification preferred.
• Experience delivering multiple complex engineering and facilities projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and capital expenditure requests.

Responsabilités

• Lead project initiation activities aligned to site strategy.
• Develop Annual Operating Plan submissions to meet future site needs.
• Collaborate with SLT and stakeholders across functions.
• Evaluate project viability and prepare business cases.
• Develop CERs and manage procurement for packaging and engineering systems.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget and quality.
