The successful candidate will operate glue machines, assemble products, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role starts at £12.71 per hour on-site, offering long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate glue machines, ensuring all products meet quality specifications.
• Assemble products either independently or as part of a production line.
• Carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and quality documentation.
• Complete production paperwork and written records accurately.
• Support other production activities as required, including assembly, packing, labelling, cleaning and maintaining a tidy work area during quieter periods.
