Job summary

A global research organization is seeking a Network Engineer in Greater London to support a major WAN rollout. Responsibilities include mapping the existing network, assisting with design documentation, and coordinating migrations. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in network engineering, hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto, and familiarity with WAN environments. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto and SD-WAN.
• Experience with network migrations and change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery of the existing network estate.
• Assist with design documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Plan and execute migrations including runbooks.
• Work closely with third parties for delivery coordination.
• Help with security aspects like firewalls and VPNs.
• Support testing phases (functional, failover).
• Prepare everything for handover into BAU.
