A leading security solutions provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a Senior Sales Leader to drive global growth and transition to solution sales. The ideal candidate will build and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, targeting commercial and defence markets, while demonstrating hands-on leadership. A proven track record in selling complex hardware and software solutions as well as experience with both government and commercial clients is essential for this role.
Responsible for global growth and transition from "box-selling" to "solution sales" for value-led, software-enabled security solutions. Build and develop the sales & marketing team to achieve 30% growth on existing sales. Lead current team of 10 and define target markets (commercial and defence), introduce processes (CRM etc), and develop a deep understanding of the customer base and their needs.
Candidates must demonstrate senior sales leadership in commercial security or defence markets, have a track record of selling complex hardware and software solutions (SaaS), global sales exposure, be a hands‑on leader and ideally have experience with both commercial enterprise and government clients.
