Inspiring Vet Care UK is seeking a Group Clinical Trials Manager to lead the operational delivery of multiple international veterinary clinical trials. You will work with sponsors, CROs, and clinical teams to ensure compliant, high-quality study delivery across Europe and North America.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ clinical trials experience, a health/Life Sciences degree, strong project management and communication skills, and willingness to travel regularly with full driving

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management and delivery experience.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to adapt to new systems.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of operational delivery of multiple clinical trials across veterinary clinics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and CRO partners.
• Develop project plans, timelines and risk management strategies.
• Recruit and onboard veterinary clinics into clinical studies.
• Provide GCP and protocol-specific training across teams.
• Drive study enrolment and engagement to maximise participation.
• Provide guidance on protocol implementation and study delivery.
• Monitor trial progress and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Support and oversee a team of regional Clinical Trial Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and applicable regulations.
