Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking a Global Value, Access & Government Affairs Lead for Rescue Therapies to drive global value strategy, access planning, and payer engagement across EU and other markets. You will partner with Medical and Commercial teams to shape evidence generation, pricing and reimbursement submissions, and market access across geographies.

This permanent, UK-based role leads a cross-functional asset team and reports into the Pricing & Tender Centre of Excellence while aligning with 3M

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or Health Economics, BSc, MSc or PhD preferred.
• Proven global Market Access experience, with mature brands and opioid addiction treatment exposure desirable.
• HTA & Market Access expertise across global systems, value assessment principles, and outcomes research.
• Experience in product launches/expansions and policy change requirements.
• External stakeholder engagement with payer networks and horizon scanning.
• Capability building: market access training and negotiation tools.
• Governance and compliance: develop SOPs and review models for alignment with standards.
• Project management: lead cross-functional, multi-project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global asset value strategies and drive global and local execution of value communication for patient access.
• Design and execute EU-level engagement strategy for government bodies and NGOs.
• Lead global payer research to identify value drivers for sustainable access across geographies.
• Develop core payer tools (value dossiers, health economic models, payer objections) to support submissions.
• Design country-level payer engagement practices, training programs, and mock negotiations.
• Collaborate with Medical and R&D to identify data gaps and plan evidence generation.
