London-based, with an international mandate, the role focuses on expanding the UHNW client base through trusted relationships and strategic origination.

You will lead business development with high-net-worth families, multigenerational offices and private clients, collaborating with an international team and senior partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Established UHNW network among private clients and family offices.
• Proven track record of originating substantial new business.
• Credibility in engaging with sophisticated clients and advisers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic growth approach.
• Strong commercial judgement, discretion and integrity.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.
• Degree educated.
• Interest in luxury travel and international experiences.

Responsibilities

• Expand the UHNW client base in the UK and internationally, opening doors and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
• Originate, build strategic relationships and drive measurable commercial growth.
• Collaborate with an international team of senior travel experts to deliver personalised experiences.
• Lead client origination and business development with travel planning handled by a dedicated team.
