Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead, Trial Delivery Management to oversee country and regional trial activities, ensure timely delivery, and manage vendor relationships across multiple sites. The role involves developing trial documents, coordinating with clinical teams, and driving risk mitigation strategies.

The candidate will mentor new team members, support inspections, and contribute to program-level training and process improvements in a global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical trial experience in pharma/healthcare.
• 2-3 years supporting global trials.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead in matrix/global environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and update trial-specific documents and guidelines.
• Manage vendor setup, SOW creation, and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews.
• Support development of program-level compound training with CTL&D/Medical writing.
• Provide input into trial-level operational strategies.
• Resolve trial-related issues and mitigate risks.
• Participate in process improvement at trial, compound and cross-DU levels.
• Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning at program level.
