Job summary

EY’s Global Treasury Advisory Services team seeks a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, coach staff, and drive client value across risk management, cash flow forecasting, and treasury technology. You will balance project delivery with business development, collaborate across EY functions, and shape solutions for diverse clients globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA or FRM preferred.
• Experience in global corporate treasury or consulting.
• Advanced treasury skills: risk, cash forecasting, liquidity, governance and controls.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues; strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member, including planning and client management.
• Lead proposal development and pursue treasury engagements; support business development.
• Maintain strong client focus and develop productive client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to address risk and manage client expectations.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support development of expanded client solutions using data and analytics.
