As part of an ongoing evolution, the company is embarking on a project to harmonise its travel and expense policies across all regions... in this newly created role, you will lead that transformation; designing, developing, and delivering a unified global travel policy, while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. As well as implementing a global expense management tool, ensuring data, reporting, and audit processes are robust and insightful.

To succeed, you'll need proven experience in an in‑house global travel & expenses role, with a strong background in developing and rolling out policies across complex, multinational environments.

Commercial awareness, strong analytical ability, and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders across regions are essential, as are first‑class communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
