Global Transformation Program Director
London - Three-year fixed-term contract
In this newly created role as Global Claims Transformation Program Director you will lead the end-to-end design delivery and success of QBEs Global Claims Transformation initiative across our global operations.
You’ll oversee a cross-regional program with a global remit to reimagine and elevate the way we support and resolve claims ensuring that customers remain at the heart of our claims function.
The Global Claims Transformation Program Director will guide transformation strategy across our regions managing change initiatives and fostering innovation to deliver measurable outcomes in customer satisfaction operational efficiency and compliance.
This role can be located in one of our major office locations of Sydney New York or London.
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced transformation leader with a successful track record in leading large scale business transformation programs within insurance or financial services sectors. As part of our global transformation team you’ll contribute with experience in :
