Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in transactional legal, compliance, transaction services, or financial services roles, ideally within investment banks, Big Four advisory, private equity, or in-house legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation for secondary transactions and NAV lending, including NDAs, LOIs, Purchase & Sale Agreements, Transfer Agreements, Credit Agreements and other contractual materials that support the transaction lifecycle.
