Job summary

Hexcel Corporation invites applications for an International Trade Compliance Analyst. The role focuses on applying advanced analysis of rules and regulations to validate and ensure compliance of materials, technology, and shipments to Hexcel global facilities and customers.

Based in Dagneux (France), Duxford (UK) or Parla (Spain), the ITC Analyst will manage customs compliance, licensing, and documentation while coordinating with logistics partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Bachelor's in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or International Trade with 5 years of export/import compliance experience
• Thorough working knowledge of European customs, dual-use and military exports laws and regulations
• Ability to communicate with professionals and people of all levels, cross-cultural and virtual teamwork
• Detailed understanding of Incoterms, global cargo insurance, and shipping paperwork requirements
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) with ability to train globally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, document libraries, and database management

Responsibilities

• Expertise in EU/UK/Morocco trade laws and regulations including Customs, Dual-Use and Military Export Regulations
• Knowledge of international shipping documents and Incoterms, HTS, ECCN classifications, export licenses
• Manage customs and duty compliance and duty deferral (IPR, FTZ)
• Oversee Export activities for assigned sites; perform export audits (CHIEF, DELTA)
• Procure Dual-Use and Military licenses and maintain license logs
• Coordinate with logistics partners and participate in service reviews
• Identify process improvements and data-driven opportunities for business
• Act as ITC AX/D365/OCR expert; provide training and system maintenance
• Support AEO program and non-EU supply chain security initiatives
• Resolve screening results with internal Hexcel team and distributors using OCR
