A leading agency for event management is seeking an experienced Account Manager in London. This full-time role involves overseeing ticketing and hospitality for the UEFA Champions League. Responsibilities include managing global ticket distribution, stakeholder communication, and supporting project initiatives. Some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration is essential.
• Agency experience is ideal but not required.
• Experience in managing direct reports is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of UCL ticket arrival and distribution.
• Manage dedicated email mailbox responding to market leads.
• Produce status reports and meeting notes during stakeholder calls.
• Support local markets with online guest management software.
• Manage content on a central SharePoint site.
• Support the Fuse events team at the UCL Final.
