Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years experience working in an analytical role.
  • Experience conducting OSINT & SOCMINT.
  • Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and notify incidents impactful to local business operations.
  • Produce list of impacted personnel during incidents.
  • Create advisories that effectively communicate event information.
  • Verify well-being of employees affected by incidents.
  • Handle reports of security/safety events and perform follow-ups.
  • Create Event Reports (ERs) for incidents that may require further action.
  • Support travel risk workflows including high-risk bookings.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people/property and information safe. That includes:

  • Identify pertinent events / incidents that are impactful to local customer business operations and / or employee safety. This process involves recognition verification and notification of incidents / events to appropriate Customer Local Company personnel
  • Identify location of Customer Local Company personnel. This includes producing a list of impacted personnel in the event of an incident or preparing a complete roster ahead of a country evacuation
  • Create accurate advisories of pertinent events with timeliness of dissemination and ability to include all relevant parties / distros. Create advisories that effectively communicate the most pertinent information regarding an ongoing or upcoming event
  • Verify the well-being of Customer Local Company employees potentially affected by an incident. Includes direct phone calls slacks or Vismo communications to confirm safety
  • Professionally quickly and compassionately handle calls / Slack messages reporting security / safety events including P0 incidents protesters harassment / assault (onsite / offsite) weather warnings outages unauthorised access. Perform follow‑ups as necessary
  • Create Event Reports (ERs) for any events and incidents that may require further action or Ensure ERs are in a timely fashion and include accurate and to support event and investigations and avoid delays
  • Supporting travel risk workflows including triage and escalation of high‑risk travel bookings

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Access to a vehicle or good transport links
  • The right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history
  • Flexibility to work days and nights
  • Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field and / or 1‑3 years experience working in an analytical role
  • Experience conducting OSINT & SOCMINT
  • Well‑rounded geopolitical knowledge
  • Experience of incident response
  • Skilled in the use of IT equipment
  • Willingness to participate in a pre‑employment screening process including drug screening and background investigation
  • Willingness to learn new software products especially those related to incident monitoring and mass communications
  • Capable of performing daily word‑processing tasks such as creating letters, memos and informal reports
  • Familiarity with basic formatting, editing, printing and document setup
  • Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken
