You will contribute to building, testing, and data collection, while supporting customers by phone and email and proposing solutions to equipment issues as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or postgrad with interest in thin films.
• Interest in thin film technology and related physics.
• Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Japan, Germany).
• Ability to learn equipment installations and provide customer training.

Responsabilités

• Involved in product building to understand assembly.
• Move to testing of systems and sub-assemblies.
• Carry out test procedures and record data.
• Support customers over the phone and by email.
• Generate ideas to resolve equipment issues.
