Global Technology Category Manager - 12 month FTC

The Global Technology Category Manager will play a key role in delivering a significant global technology transformation programme following a recent acquisition on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology sourcing and procurement activity across software, infrastructure, and outsourced services.
• Support the ongoing post-acquisition integration, aligning suppliers and contracts with the new target operating model across global business areas.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key technology projects.
• Deliver cost optimisation, risk reduction, and supplier performance improvements through strong commercial and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Senior Procurement or Category Manager with global and deep IT / technology category experience.
• Deep understanding of global technology sourcing, systems integration, and BPO.
• Track record of owning and delivering complex technology sourcing projects on a global scale.
• Proven ability to drive major transformation initiatives, embedding best practice and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Skilled in building relationships and influencing at all levels.
