Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise in UK VAT and international indirect tax across multiple registrations.
• Experience managing HMRC relationships, audits, disputes, and rulings.
• Strength in tax technology integration with ERP systems and tax engines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group's indirect tax position end-to-end for Fanatics International.
• Lead international tax strategy, compliance, and risk governance across three divisions.
• Manage ERP and tax technology configurations (OneSource, Avalara, Dynamics 365).
• Develop and mentor a high-performing tax team with robust governance.
