Qualifications

• Significant international tax experience across corporate, indirect and transfer pricing
• Commercial judgment balancing business objectives, tax efficiency, regulation and risk
• Experience advising on complex corporate transactions, restructurings, acquisitions and cross-border initiatives
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing tax teams across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of the Group's tax strategy
• Manage global interactions with tax authorities, including HMRC
• Oversee tax structuring, advisory and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Drive transfer pricing policy refresh and global documentation
• Ensure timely UK/US and international tax filings and reporting
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Treasury and HR to optimize tax governance
