Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a senior Tax Operations International Change Management Lead (VP) in London. The role blends business analysis, project delivery and people management to drive regulatory and technology change within the International Tax Operations portfolio.

You will manage a team of Business Analysts, oversee end-to-end lifecycle activities, and partner with Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to deliver robust TOM designs and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Senior BA/PM role with 10+ years in tax ops or regulatory change in financial services.
• Proven leadership of BI/BAs, coaching and performance reviews.
• Expertise in BA methodologies, documentation and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of a team of Business Analysts and setting career goals.
• Oversee BA capacity planning and resource allocation across initiatives.
• Establish BA standards, templates and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Lead requirements workshops, process mapping and TOM design.
• Coordinate project planning, RAID, governance, and reporting.
• Drive stakeholder liaison and change enablement across Tax Ops.
