Job summary

Clear Recruitment are seeking ambitious individuals to join the Clear Academy as trainee recruitment consultants. No prior recruitment experience is required as a comprehensive training programme is provided, with a path to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.

You will learn recruitment fundamentals from experienced consultants, source candidates, build networks and work with clients across global markets, with a market-leading commission structure and clear progression.

Qualifications

• No prior recruitment experience required; you will undergo Clear Academy training.
• Motivated, commercially minded with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Joining the 12-week Clear Academy training programme.
• Learning the fundamentals of recruitment from experienced consultants and the L&D team.
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases.
• Building and managing your own candidate network.
• Working with clients and candidates across global markets.
• Creating job adverts and marketing your roles across multiple platforms.
• Developing your commercial and sales skills.
• Specialising within a niche vertical across our Data Center and Energy markets.
• Working towards becoming a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.
