Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with NZ Talent Acquisition to align global approach.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Promote the SYOS employer brand through campaigns and networking.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Use recruitment data to influence hiring strategies.
