Job summary

A global beverage company is seeking a Supply Strategy Senior Manager to lead the performance agenda for its supply strategy organization. This role involves defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and supporting executive communications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance management and supply chain strategy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders. The position offers a full-time contract with the flexibility to work in major cities including London, Edinburgh, Dublin, and Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performance management, supply chain strategy, finance, or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical capability with a structured, insights-driven mindset.
• Ability to simplify complex performance data into clear, actionable narratives.
• Confident communicator able to work with senior leaders and exec forums.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance management rhythm for supply strategy.
• Define and maintain KPIs aligned to volume, COGS, cash and strategic priorities.
• Lead Tier 6 performance insight and diagnose key drivers/draggers.
• Integrate operational, financial, consumer and competitive intelligence.
• Enable high-quality business reviews and leadership performance discussions.
• Support exec communications for major leadership events and strategy forums.
• Lead scenario planning and contingency thinking across supply.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on cost, cash and capacity performance.
• Manage and develop an Analyst supporting the performance agenda.
