Job summary

Wayve in London is seeking a Supply Chain Programme Manager to own end-to-end supply chain across prototypes, NPI and fleet launches. You will coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, Legal and external partners to meet delivery timelines.

The role focuses on material readiness, supplier alignment, and program governance. You will manage upfitters and drive KPI dashboards to improve programme efficiency in a fast-moving hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain for hardware programmes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics and Suppliers.
• Ability to lead upfitter/partner relationships and coordinate with external partners.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary supply chain lead for assigned programmes or internal product builds (prototypes, NPI, fleet launches).
• Own end-to-end material readiness to support programme milestones across R&D, Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance and Suppliers to align activities with timelines.
• Manage upfitter/partner activities to ensure vehicles meet programme timelines and quality standards.
