Responsibilities

• Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in quality, delivery and cost tied to Policy Deployment and Daily Management.
• Create and manage a kaizen funnel to enable prioritized events.
• Facilitate continuous‑improvement initiatives that comply with the kaizen process from idea to results.
• Partner with manufacturing sites and distribution to identify and execute on process improvement.
