A leading procurement and logistics firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supply Chain & Finance Specialist to manage procurement, stock control, and supplier coordination while also supporting financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have a degree related to supply chain or finance, along with at least 2 years of operational experience. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role, which offers a significant focus on logistics and supplier management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a similar operational role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably AX/D365).
• Ability to work autonomously in a small structure with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and reconcile all UK-based inventories, including internal and external stock.
• Manage procurement operations from requisition to invoice.
• Ensure compliance with customs and VAT procedures for UK–EU shipments.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closings with limited scope.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, After Sales Services, and Finance teams.
