Responsibilities

Resource planning, recruitment, mentoring, development and retention of study start-up staff.
Allocates study start-up resources to trials and monitors performance.
Provide direction, leadership and learning opportunities for direct reports.
Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards for assigned work.
Collaborate with Portfolio Operations Leads and Clinical Operations Leads to align on standards.
Identify and implement process improvements for study start-up activities.
