Job summary

Starcom is hiring a Strategy Manager for OneMars, a bespoke agency serving major brand portfolios and spanning over 70 markets. In this role you will shape global marketing transformation programmes and translate insights into actionable strategies with teams across media, data, technology, production, social, influencer and commerce.

You will turn data into recommendations, influence senior stakeholders, and help brands unlock growth through future-focused strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience contributing to strategic planning, media, marketing or communications projects.
• Strong analytical skills with data, insights and performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and a practical approach to data interpretation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for virtual and in-person settings.
• Relationship-building across teams, markets and stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive mindset with genuine interest in audiences and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and deliver global brand and communications strategies to drive growth.
• Partner with international teams to gather insights and identify opportunities.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning and client recommendations.
• Support projects including audience strategy, media planning, product launches and market expansion.
• Collaborate with account, digital and strategy teams to improve processes.
• Build strong relationships across markets and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Track priorities and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently.
