Job summary

ATP Tour seeks a Director of Sporting Strategy & Corporate Development to shape and execute strategy across the Sporting division, focusing on player and tournament engagement. Based in London, the role will also coordinate with teams worldwide to drive growth and innovation.

You'll lead high-level initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven decisions and impactful outcomes in a fast-paced global sports environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in strategy consulting or corporate strategy with high-level insights.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and deliver measurable impact.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in sports/media/entertainment is preferred; familiarity with tennis/tour operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overarching vision for Sporting Strategy & Corporate Development.
• Partner with Sporting division to identify and implement new strategies and initiatives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across departments.
• Liaise with internal departments, external partners and global stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations/reports to ATP leadership and the Board.
• Develop data analysis and financial modelling to support decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance of the department.
