Job summary

You will manage high-value spot orders, negotiate supplier agreements, and build a secure ecosystem of third-party partners while ensuring compliance and governance. The role focuses on developing category plans, driving cost savings, and enabling cross-functional collaboration with GSRE, Finance, and Legal to optimize TCO and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate independently within Global Sourcing or third-party risk teams.
• Experience managing high-volume RFx processes (RFQ, RFP, RFI) across Indirect Spend.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing or purchasing roles.
• Experience in contract negotiation and navigating legal/compliance workflows with suppliers.
• Expertise in SRM and enterprise-wide sourcing solutions.
• Proficiency with e-Procurement tools such as Jaggaer, Adquira, or Sinertrade.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term category plans and regional sourcing strategies aligned with GSRE and ESG goals.
• Identify, negotiate, and report cost-savings and efficiency opportunities across spend.
• Act as a strategic bridge between GSRE, Finance, and Legal to drive process efficiency and cross-geography integration.
• Transform indirect spend into competitive advantage through category strategies.
• Negotiate and audit high-value agreements protecting company interests and data privacy.
• Educate and train internal stakeholders on GSRE processes, policies, and risk-management systems.
• Collaborate with TPO and Global Sourcing leaders to manage the end-to-end third-party lifecycle and ensure information security.
