Position

This role is offered either as remote work (home‑based) or from a Leeds office (as a hybrid solution). It is a senior and strategic management position reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Cloud Services and is located within the Service Management division of the Cloud and Technical Services organization. The position is global and carries an allowance for time worked outside the regular working day to meet with colleagues and customers in different territories if required.

  • Communicate with all internal stakeholders and external clients regarding patching activities and timelines.
  • Serve as a project manager, master scheduler/planner, manager, coordinator, communicator, and facilitator; ensure autonomy and process design rather than mere usage.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, resource allocation, or a scheduling role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and project management tools with the ability to create and adapt Gantt charts.
  • Prior exposure to software development lifecycles, release schedules, versioning and patching.
  • Familiarity with IBM Maximo, OpenShift or other cloud containerisation ecosystems.
