Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy targeting international students, parents, alumni, and partners.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels with region-specific content.
• Create engaging posts, videos, and infographics highlighting programs, scholarships, and achievements.
• Plan and manage content calendars considering academic calendars, holidays, and time zones in Asia.
• Respond to inquiries, engage audiences, and moderate discussions to maintain positive brand image.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust strategy, and report ROI for campaigns.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, virtual events, and student recruitment.
• Highlight alumni and student success stories to strengthen brand reputation.
• Stay updated on social media trends, local platforms, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional partners to maximise engagement and visibility.
