Priority Pass is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to craft social-first content that brings the brand to life for travellers. You’ll manage content from concept through publication, including filming and editing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, while collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Product, PR and regional teams to align with campaigns and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media and content creation for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn formats.
• Hands-on experience in planning, filming, editing and publishing social-first content (short-form video).
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut; familiarity with Figma is a bonus.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand in content.
• Knowledge of best practices for brand governance, copyright and asset usage.

Responsabilités

• Capture high-quality content for Priority Pass lounges, experiences and partner activations.
• Plan, capture, edit and publish social-first content across core channels.
• Travel to lounges/events to create real-time and evergreen content.
• Act as on-the-ground content creator, documenting authentic traveller stories.
• Turn campaigns and trends into timely content aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, PR, Partnerships and regional teams.
• Source and repurpose content, manage usage permissions.
• Maintain a content library and support cross-channel reuse.
• Use performance data to inform future content and reporting.
