A global professional services firm in the UK is seeking a Global Senior L&D Project Manager. This role involves leading the deployment of their global leadership programme and overseeing learning systems. The Global Senior L&D Project Manager, reporting to the Director of HR Operations & L&D, will lead the deployment of our global leadership programme and oversee learning and development systems, processes, and programmes. This role sits within the global HR function, supporting company‑wide people initiatives, and manages two direct reports: Global HR Coordinator and Global HR Administrator.
