Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Vantage Global Senior Director – AI Cost Advantage to lead the Cost portfolio, drive strategy and ensure delivery quality across Practice Areas. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape AI-enabled offerings, and manage case teams while steering the cost transformation agenda globally.

Qualifications

• End-to-end cost transformation experience across multiple levers.
• Experience leading large, matrixed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• International experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BCG Vantage Cost agenda and strategy.
• Oversee economics, client satisfaction, KPIs, and team performance.
• Coordinate with Project Helix and integrate AI into offers.
• Lead global team and mentor senior VCG Vantage members.
• Collaborate with Topic Leadership Team and Practice Areas.
