What You'll Do

This is a fixed term contract position from January‑December 2026

You will be a key member of the BCG Global Security team.

  • 4-6+ years of relevant experience
  • Engage and gain expertise in the four workstreams defining the team’s key responsibilities: Incident response, Travel safety, Event security & Physical security
  • Support the workstreams with their processes for managing security & safety within BCG
  • Liaise with BCG offices worldwide to support elevating and maintaining their business resilience and security compliance
  • Organize, schedule and coordinate key Global Security programs with our stakeholder groups
  • Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement, seeking to optimise and automate our processes
  • Become a significant contributor to one-or-more individual workstream programs
    • Coordinate & schedule key program activities
    • Create and deliver media for training and exercises
    • Keep stakeholders updated on program activities, risks and issues
    • Work closely with vendors to maintain automated review process workflows
  • Work closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure that program‑generated data is up to date and available
  • Conduct research and risk assessments for threats affecting the different workstreams to inform crisis planning and decision‑making
  • Act as an expert for one-or-more of the digital tools that the team utilizes to manage provide services to BCG
  • Support the creation and updating of regional threat and risk assessments
