Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a skilled Risk Lead to drive global risk assessments and governance for the ESGS team. The role focuses on risk across policies, standards, technology and training, with travel to international locations and extensive collaboration with Amazon Security and affiliate teams.

The candidate should have hands-on CPTED experience, strong analytic ability, and a track record of delivering high-quality risk insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience in HR/privacy/compliance/risk management roles is preferred.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build risk assessments and deliver findings for senior leaders to act on.
• Collaborate with security teams and subsidiaries to analyze real-world risk and apply appropriate controls.
• Evaluate new security technologies and practices to strengthen security posture.
• Lead or support evaluations of physical security measures and develop global standards and policies.
