Job summary

WPP Production in London seeks a Business Security Services Director to protect information assets across the region, aligning local security with global strategy. You will lead security initiatives, coordinate with HQ teams, and drive risk management and policy implementation in a multinational environment.

The role offers a hybrid working model with collaboration across Strategy, Risk, and Technology teams, and requires strong leadership and communication capabilities along with GDPR/ISO27001

Qualifications

• Significant experience in information security and leadership.
• Knowledge of global/regional security standards (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Proven risk management, incident response and policy implementation track record.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Digital Security matters within your region.
• Collaborate with business leadership and security teams to align efforts with goals.
• Lead security strategy development and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate incident response and remediation with Enterprise Tech teams.
• Develop security awareness programs with the Digital Security Awareness team.
• Ensure security is integrated into product development and governance.
