Job summary

Pacific Life Re is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to support the Savings & Retirement line globally. You will craft communications, marketing collateral, and campaigns, while leading events and CRM adoption using HubSpot.

The role requires strong branding discipline, content creation, and analytics capabilities across multiple markets. You will collaborate with client solutions teams, manage email campaigns, social content, and video assets, and help implement marketing systems for ongoing

Qualifications

• Solid background in external marketing for a global company.
• Familiar with digital marketing channels and tools (CRM, analytics, website, Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in marketing systems and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong branding experience across materials and channels.
• Experience organizing events, conferences and webinars.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for polished presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop collateral to support our brand in various markets.
• Create website copy, thought leadership, press releases, social content, emails, presentations, and sales materials.
• Design and run email campaigns with testing, reporting and improvements.
• Create and post social media content ( visuals and copy ).
• Produce/edit video content for internal or social use using Seenit.
• Maintain up-to-date website, events and thought leadership with external suppliers.
• Support CRM initiatives, automate standard reports, and generate insights.
