Job summary

A global SaaS company in the City of London is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to enhance the sales productivity of its EMEA team. The role focuses on onboarding new sellers, delivering training programs, and collaborating with sales leadership. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in a Sales Enablement role, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English and an additional EMEA language is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Sales Enablement or similar role.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders.
• Proficiency in one additional EMEA language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new seller onboarding and ensure proficiency in product knowledge.
• Deliver blended training programs and develop curricula.
• Coach sellers individually and in groups for skills improvement.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs.
• Evaluate and recommend tools that enhance sales productivity.
• Identify process improvements to increase seller efficiency.
