Overview
The Global Sales Director will be responsible for leading and executing PURE Electric's global sales strategy. Driving revenue, market share, and profitability across all channels. You'll oversee and support our regional sales leaders, manage key distributor and retail partnerships, and identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth. This is a pivotal leadership role, requiring strategic vision, strong commercial instincts, and hands-on execution across a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute PURE Electric's global sales strategy across all active and emerging markets (Europe, UK, Asia, Australia, US).
- Lead and develop regional sales leaders, including the Head of UK Retail and Head of Country (DACH & Benelux).
- Align global sales plans with company-wide objectives across Marketing, Operations, and Product.
- Deliver aggressive revenue and margin growth targets through both direct retail and distribution models.
- Drive strong sell-out performance to maximize in-market demand and retailer success.
- Build and manage relationships with key global distributors, retailers, and other partners.
- Lead new market entry and launch plans.
- Drive performance in PURE's owned channels while scaling high-quality distribution partnerships globally.
- Ensure consistency in brand positioning, pricing, and customer experience across all regions.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure supply, forecasting, and logistics support sales delivery.
- Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing international sales team.
- Build scalable structures and reporting to support sustainable global growth.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience leading international sales in a fast-paced, consumer product or mobility business.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth across multi-region, multi-channel environments.
- Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer and retail/distribution models.
- Experience launching or scaling into new global markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Strategic, data-driven, and commercially astute — but comfortable being hands-on when needed.
- Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and redefining urban transport.
- Strong relationships with leading retailers worldwide, including major partners across the UK and Europe such as FNAC/Darty and Media Markt, among others.
- Ability to operate in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with a growth mindset.
