Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Uxbridge, UK, seeks a Director to lead Global Patient Safety Sciences Delivery for General Medicine. You will oversee safety data processing, submission creation, and documentation, ensuring timely, compliant delivery across the portfolio.

The role reports to the ED, GPS Delivery, and requires building a high-performing team, standardizing processes, and partnering with key interfaces to advance safety initiatives worldwide. On-site 3 days a week with some travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare with 12+ years PV experience.
• Ability to drive standardization and high-quality safety operations.
• Experience leading a matrixed, cross-functional PhV/GPSS delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a Safety Sciences Delivery team across General Medicine.
• Drive standardization and execution of signal detection and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain SOPs for safety activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Med Affairs, and Biostatistics teams.
