Marlin Selection is seeking an experienced risk leader to develop and implement the Group’s risk management framework across its global entities in the United Kingdom. The role demands deep expertise in market, credit and operational risk, plus familiarity with commodity and trading markets and ETRM systems.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, plus proven leadership and project management experience, are essential to drive cross-entity risk alignment and governance.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Group’s risk management framework, which needs to be consistent across the Group’s various global entities.

To apply for this role, you will need the following:

• Strong risk management expertise across various disciplines including Market Risk, Credit Risk and Operational Risk.
• Previous experience of the Commodity and Trading markets.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Knowledge of ETRM systems and tools such as Power BI.
• Leadership experience of managing teams and projects.
