Job summary

Reed Smith LLP is seeking a Reward & Benefits lead to shape and deliver the firm's UK and EMEA strategy, ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with firm goals.

You will advise HR and business stakeholders, manage benefits providers, support pay and bonus processes, and turn reward data into actionable reports for HR leadership.

This role also provides exposure to international programs and wellbeing initiatives such as Wellness Works.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward and benefits with substantial responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, numerical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of salary benchmarking and gender pay gap reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day UK/EMEA benefits programs including enrollments and annual renewals.
• Be the go-to contact for employee and partner questions.
• Manage relationships with external providers, insurers and brokers.
• Support annual pay and bonus processes, benchmarking and reporting such as the gender pay gap.
• Analyze reward data and turn it into reports, dashboards and presentations for HR leadership.
• Develop and promote wellbeing and engagement initiatives, including Wellness Works Programme.
