A leading private learning provider in London seeks a Global Revenue Operations Leader. The role involves partnering with the CEO to design and scale the operational backbone supporting revenue generation. We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on global revenue operations leader to partner directly with the CEO and regional revenue leads. You will be responsible for designing, owning, and scaling the operational backbone that supports all revenue‑generation activities globally.
This is a newly created role established following the acquisition of another organisation. The successful candidate will initially lead this function directly, as a stand‑alone position, with the expectation of building and developing a dedicated team over time.
Full‑time, permanent position
Basic salary range of ca £130,000 - £140,000 (+ bonus)
Hybrid working model - 3 days a week in London office (more if preferred)

Our client is a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial, private learning provider, who has a truly global client list. Whilst the organisation size is c. 150 people, the group that the company is part of comprises around 4000 employees.
